When a service claims that it is flagged for deletion, the number one recommended remedy is to reboot. Try performing the reboot first and then try with setting the service credentials again.

Greetings.dmw, is that computer in a workgroup or domain environment?FWIW, in a workgroup environment, i was only able to get the SW Service to work by using the local Administrator account.
